FIT's Sustainability Council is a presidential initiative to develop and foster sustainability initiatives throughout the FIT community.

Each year the council organizes and hosts the Sustainable Business and Design Conference as well as Sustainability Awareness Week (SAW) on campus. The council also offers and manages an annual grant fund of $15,000 to support creative and innovative campus sustainability initiatives.
